Statement of Conduct
As a company who take our professional conduct very seriously, we expect our business partners to share the same business ethics, and operate their businesses responsibly. Our statement of conduct covers health and safety, legal compliance, environmental and employment practices. This statement clearly states our minimum requirements from our business partners.
Code of Employment
The company expects all employees, and potential employees to be treated as equals. Midas have a zero tolerance policy on discrimination of any form, including but not exclusive to; skin colour, creed, sexuality, gender, age and disability.
Anti-Slavery
Midas is committed to a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. The company is committed to ensuring that such practices do not take place in our businesses and due diligence is carried out to ensure that they do not take place in our supply chains.
Anti-Bribery
Midas will carry out due diligence to conduct its business professionally and with honesty and integrity at all times. The company strictly prohibits the offer or acceptance by any employee of any gift or bribe, whether such gift or bribe is money or in any other form.
Anti-Counterfeit Product
Midas is strongly against the sale of counterfeit products. The company takes clear steps to ensure that counterfeit products do not enter our supply chain, including purchasing directly from approved business partners. Midas have a zero tolerance approach to the use of counterfeit products.
Cyber Essentials Certified
Midas provide a Cyber Essentials foundation level of certification, which is designed to provide controls of our cyber organisation, which in turn mitigates the risk from common cyber threats.
