Our UK based Midas engineers have developed a wide range of boards to help interface with most of our displays.
These boards can be used in your final product or just to speed up your development time, below is a list of our main boards but if you need something slightly different please get in touch as we are sure Midas can help.

MDIB-11
The MDIB-11 is an HDMI to RGB converter. Ideal for connecting a range of Midas TFT displays to a Single Board Computer such as the Raspberry Pi.
MCIB-12
Uno32 Break-out Board with SD Card and LED Backlight Driver. Can also be used with micros with an 8 bit bus. The MCIB-12 Board can be used for any display with a 4 bit, 8 bit, I2C or SPI interface.
MCIB-13
Direct Solder-On OLED Character Interface Board. Can be used with MCIB-12, UNO32 boards and microcontrollers with 8 bit bus for easy evaluation of COG OLED character displays.
MCIB-14
The MCIB-14 is an HDMI to LVDS converter. Ideal for connecting a range of Midas TFT displays to a Single Board Computer such as the Raspberry Pi.

The MDIB-23 is a HDMI to RGB converter. Compatible with our MDT0700KIS-RGB (7″ TFT).

This is a HDMI to LVDS board with USB touch, designed specifically for the MDT0800DISC-LVDS (8″ TFT).

Boost and Buck-Boost converter capable of boosting from 5V to 50V and up to 4A – (Can boost upt ot 65V with higher rated caps)
MDIB-34
Board uses the MIC2289C IC which is a constant current boost converter, converting inputs from 2.5 to 10V up to 34V with output currents of 0.38 to 1.2A depending on Input and Output voltages.
